SECTION COLLECTION INFORMATION

Dear colleagues,

The features of this section outline: thorough aspects of consideration of the development of aviation engineering, construction and implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process of educational institutions of various profiles in the direction of aviation and technical disciplines; innovative technologies of aircraft control systems (communication system, navigation system, indication system, flight control systems (FCS), collision prevention systems, weather monitoring systems, aircraft control system, flight parameters registration system); the relevance of scientific and practical training of students (acquisition of soft skills) that determine the aviation profile of education in maintenance of aircraft and aircraft engines, namely: research of loads acting on the aircraft in expected operating conditions and their normalization; mastering the methods of assessing the strength of aircraft structures in accordance with the standards of strength and rigidity.

The topic of the section is also devoted to fundamental aspects of the use of fundamental cross-cutting physical concepts (symmetry, coordinate system, material point, speed, time, space, law of conservation of energy, energy, fields, structure of matter). Thus, the definition of symmetry plays an important role in the study of aircraft design, types of engines, power supply, robots, navigation, computer technology, air navigation, engineering and other technical devices directly based on STEM technologies.
