This means that all articles are immediately published online after a rigorous peer review process, and are universally and freely accessible without charge to users; all published materials can be shared, remixed without permission as long as they are properly cited.
Journals of Academic Publishing Pte. Ltd. publish articles under a Creative Commons license, specifically, Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) by default. The Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0) was once used by some journals and can also be used if requested by authors during the submission stage.
