About the Journal

Bioinformatics System (BS) is a rigorous double-anonymized journal with an open access model. BS aims to provide a great depth of information through large and complex datasets in the modern day. The journal contributes to the realization that data mining of bioinformatics datasets has enabled the generation of new hypotheses based on differentially regulated biological molecules associated with life science mechanisms. Bioinformatics datasets include, but are not limited to, epigenetics/epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and spatial omics. Bioinformatics Systems is dedicated to parsing biological information to elucidate the biological significance of various types of data and protein function prediction, then combining such information with physiological and biochemical information about organisms and life processes to elucidate their molecular mechanisms, and ultimately designing target products.
