New version of author guideline format

Author Guideline provides the new version of manuscript format guidence, which aims to provide layout formatting instructions for paper published on Journal of Applied Photovoltaic Technology.

The version of this guidence does not pretend to be either complete or neutral. It is intended to deal with some common errors and define the general criteria in Journal of Applied Photovoltaic Technology.

The new instruction will be applied since 2023 and please authors follow this important notice.
